The customer service that Gayco has shown me and our communities is far above any that I have ever experienced from a pharmacy. It's a history filled with laughter, glitter, and the unshakable belief that the world is a better place when we all embrace our fabulous, sparkly, and queer selves.

Long-Term Care Experts

For 29 years, Gayco has exclusively served long-term care facilities.

No matter your sexual orientation or gender identity, we believe that everyone can find something to relate to in our shows. Sugar beets and sour cherries were grown in this region. Fort Collins prides itself on the plethora of restaurants, outdoor activities, a vibrant downtown and of course, our beer.

History of Fort Collins
Legend has it that in the early 1800s, French-Canadian fur traders were caught by a tremendous snowstorm. Just like Fort Collins, Loveland is near the foothills and rivers, so natural pleasures from biking to fishing are close at hand.

The business started small, consisting of just Bent and one pharmacy technician. It’s this commitment to quality personal service that leads to such a high retention rate with our clients. Our shows are a celebration of queer culture, and our performers bring a level of wit and talent that is unmatched on any stage. Residents and visitors enjoy the well-known Greeley Independence Stampede.

History
The city is situated on the former location of the Overland Trail station of Latham, which was constructed in 1862.

Gayco Healthcare has been honored four times on the Bulldog 100 list, and Bent has also been named the Next Generation Pharmacist of the Year.

Privately Owned by Caring Leadership

Since day one, Gayco has been owned by Bent Gay, RPh. Many other long-term care pharmacies are publicly traded, and the top leadership is inaccessible to customers and clients.

The community was named in honor of the president of the Colorado Central Railroad, William A.H. Loveland. CooperSmith’s even make their own root beer! Part of the surrounding Fort Collins – Loveland metro area, Loveland is home to some 50,608 residents.

Loveland History
Loveland was founded in 1877.

Due to being situated at the convergence of the South Platte River and the Cache la Poudre River it was one of the most prominent and active stations for the Overland Trail. No, it wasn't a musical album, but a collection of their most side-splitting sketches, aptly titled "The Gayest Hits." Some say it was so funny that even the laughter had glitter in it.

The Quest for the Elusive Comedy Unicorn (2010s): Like any enduring comedy troupe, GayCo faced its share of challenges.

Bent is just as accessible and dedicated to customer service today as he was when Gayco Healthcare opened for business in 1993.
